KITCHEN ALERT
UPDATES:
4/20/10 We have finally made it!!!! Our kitchen has been inspected and we are finally ready to rock. We are having our Kitchen Grand Opening Friday, May 28th, 2010 starting at 7:00 p.m. We'll be having drink specials and much more. The kitchen is open until 1:00 a.m. and please feel free to bring the little ones up until 9:30 p.m. We can't wait to see you at Big Poppa's
3/3/10 We are on our way, the kitchen inspection is scheduled for March 18th, so we are in the home stretch!!! Please note that I have posted our new menu for everybody to check out. There maybe minor changes over the next few weeks, but otherwise, it is ready to rock. I will be scheduling the our Menu Sampler for later this month and will send invites to all of our Patterson Park Email, Facebook, and Guest Friends as soon as the date is set. 2/4/10 Our new stove arrived on Wednesday and the rest of the kitchen equipment is being installed this weekend (yes, even with the snow on its way) :) Our SYSCO reps have been by and our first shipment of supplies is holding for Health Inspection approval. Zoning has approved the kitchen and now I am just waiting for the Health Inspector to come out and do his/her thing. The NEW MENU will be posted by the end of the weekend with some minor changes to come in the next week or so. We have been listening, so hopefully you will be pleased with the dishes that are on the way.
1/2/10 - Our equipment will be here this week and our inspection is scheduled for later this month! We are updating the look and feel of Big Poppa's daily so come check out the changes. We will be updating you every few days with our progress.
